Supported Operating Systems for Worker Nodes

This document outlines the officially supported host operating systems for the Kubernetes worker nodes on the Contain Platform.

The platform is designed to be robust, secure, and performant. To achieve this, we use hardened, minimal base images for all worker nodes. We are committed to supporting recent Long-Term Support (LTS) versions of major enterprise-grade Linux distributions to provide a stable and predictable foundation for your applications.

Supported Versions

The following table lists the operating systems and versions that are currently supported for new cluster deployments and are actively maintained by our team. The lifecycle dates are based on the official vendor support schedules.

While the distributions listed above are our standard, officially supported options, we may be able to accommodate other Linux distributions on a case-by-case basis depending on your specific requirements. Please contact our team to discuss your needs.
